Welcome to the online registration site for the "19th International Symposium on Pollutant Responses in Marine Organisms (PRIMO19)".
We ask all participants to make registration for congress and hotel accommodations through this website before each deadline.
Please note that registration and hotel accommodations will not be completed without its payment.

VISA
An application for visa is made by the applicant him/herself at the Japanese Embassy / Consulate General with jurisdiction over the area in which the applicant lives. When making an application, documents prepared by the applicant him/herself and documents prepared by the inviting person in Japan are required. If you need original supporting documents for your visa application, please contact the PRIMO19 Desk by e-mail at primo19-gbm@or.knt.co.jp. Please note that we will prepare them only to those who have already completed registration with required payment. When you reach the secretariat office, please make sure to write your Registration Number in your e-mail.

Payment
Payment of registration fees, accommodation fees and any other applicable charges should be made in Japanese Yen only by one of the following payment methods. All payment should be made by no later than 1 June 2017.

Payment should be made by no later than 1 June 2017.
Confirmation
KNT will email you a confirmation after the registration deadline, 1 May 2017 for early registration, and 21 May 2017 for regular registration, informing you of the completed registration, hotel reservation with the name of your hotel and other information which applies. Please be sure to bring the confirmation e-mail when you register at the conference venue and when you check-in at your hotel.
Cancellation
Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone. Cancellations must be in writing (preferably by e-mail) and sent to PRIMO19 Desk at Fax: +81-3-6891-9599, E-mail: primo19-gbm@or.knt.co.jp

*Expected arrivals of 10P.M. or later must be notified in advance to avoid cancellation of reservations.
*If you did not check in as scheduled, the rest of your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Refund
Refund will be made during or after the congress period, after deducting bank and / or credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card. If payment was made by bank transfer, refunds will be made to the initial bank account.
Insurance
Participants are advised to procure their own travel insurance, as the Organizing Committee will assume no responsibility for personal accidents, sickness, theft or property damage.
