Luminous Kobe 2 is one of Japan's largest restaurant cruise ships at 4,778 tons gross and total length of 106 meters. Its day cruise will impress you with Kobe's cityscape and the view of Kobe Airport and the scenic Rokko mountains, and the night cruise will steal your hearts with the illuminated Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and Kobe's million dollar view of its night skyline.
We offer the chef's special Mediterranean-style French cuisine using ample seasonal ingredients as well as a steak buffet grilled by the chef right in front of your eyes.

Payment

Our system does not use online credit card settlement system. We (Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.) will manually charge your credit card later.
Payment should be made in Japanese Yen only by credit card.
(VISA, Master Card, AMEX, DINERS and JCB cards are available.)
Credit card payment transaction will start from the end of April 2017.
Please use a credit card which is valid until August 31, 2017.
* Charges will be shown on your statement as "Kinki Nippon Tourist".

Cancellation and Refund

In case of Cancellation, a written notification should be sent before the conference start directly to registration desk to avoid any trouble.

Classification	Cancellation Fee
If cancellation is made on or after the 20th day (10th day in case of a one day trip) prior to the day preceding the date of commencement of the travel (excluding the cases mentioned in through (e))	20% of the travel fee
(b) If cancellation is made on or after the 7th day prior to the day preceding the date of commencement of the travel (excluding the cases mentioned in (c) through (e))	30% of the travel fee
(c) If cancellation is made on the day preceding the date of  commencement of the travel	40% of the travel fee
(d) If cancellation is made on the date of commencement of the travel (excluding the case mentioned in (e))	50% of the travel fee
(e) In case of cancellation after the commencement of the travel or of nonparticipation without communication	100% of the travel fee

In case of cancellation, your payment will be refunded after deducting, handling charge and cancellation fee. Refund Policies
