リンガル治療における技術革新と未来 / INNOVATION AND FUTURE LINGUAL ORTHODONTICS
矯正治療におけるミニスクリューの使用は絶対的固定源としての機能だけでなく、上下顎歯槽骨に圧下力を生じさせ、その使用法により上顎骨自体の拡大をも可能にする。リンガルブラケット矯正法を使用して従来のミニスクリュー・オーソアンカーおよびUCLAの臨床教授であるWon MOON先生が考案した新しいタイプのオーソアンカーであるMaxillary Skeletal Expanderを活用して、歯列弓のCantingを含む三次元的コントロールを行い種々の不正咬合を治療した。その結果、従来の矯正学的な治療効果によって得られる顔貌、咬合の変化のみならず、口腔咽頭機能の改善も含めた健康志向の歯科医療が可能となった。
Miniscrew Orthoanchor provide absolute anchorage in orthodontic treatment, allowing for application of intrusive forces to the maxillary and mandibular alveolar bone and skeletal expansion of the maxilla. I will present various types of malocclusions treated with a combination of lingual brackets and miniscrew Orthoanchor and new Orthoanchor Maxillary Skeletal Expanders（invented by Dr Won MOON those who is a clinical professor of UCLA) that allow for facial change, improvement of oropharyngeal function, bite correction, and health benefits in addition to conventional mechanical treatment effect.
